As I’m getting used to eating and exercising as a part of my everyday life, I don’t feel the need to look at motivational pictures and tips as frequently. That being said, I can’t thank this community enough for giving the push, support, and knowledge I needed to make informed decisions. Not that I haven’t had bad days, but I’ve so much progress in a little over a month!
I’ve officially dropped 10 pounds since late May… and I honestly say that I have never been truly hungry this whole time. Diet and exercise: it works! Aside from the numbers, I can run longer and lift more. I feel better about my health. When I go to the gym, I don’t feel bewildered… I know what I’m there to do, and I like it doing it!
